Notice on Further Strengthening the Supervision of Disinfection Products During and After the Event (State Health Supervision and Development [2015] No. 90, hereinafter referred to as the Notice), the Commission has constructed and developed a national online filing information service platform for disinfection products (hereinafter referred to as the national information service platform). The national information service platform will be online on October 8, 2018, mainly for the national disinfection product responsible units to provide disinfection product health and safety evaluation online filing services, for social supervision and information query, social credit system construction, supervision agencies to carry out supervision and law enforcement in the aftermath of the event to provide standardized and unified information services. The relevant matters are notified as follows: 
  First, information entry 
  Sterilization products responsible for units in the first and second type of disinfection products before the first market need to carry out health and safety evaluation, you can enter the relevant health and safety evaluation report into the national information service platform for the record. Has been listed and the paper record of the product can be added. Sterilization products responsible for the unit can be registered in the national information service platform (URL: https://credit.jdzx.net.cn/xdcp), in accordance with the data standard requirements to enter the relevant health and safety evaluation report information; information involving commercial secrets are not entered, should be in accordance with the “Notice” requirements to the location of the provincial health care administrative department to provide paper materials. If you find that the national information service platform does not have the basic information of the responsible unit of disinfection products, you can contact the responsible unit of disinfection products at the location of the provincial health administrative department to improve the basic information of the responsible unit of disinfection products in the health supervision information reporting system. 
  Localities should carry out disinfection product health and safety evaluation report online filing work, the implementation of work tasks, timely improvement of health supervision information reporting system in the disinfection product responsible unit of basic information, and in accordance with the “Evaluation of the provisions of the” requirements, seriously do a good job of disinfection product responsible unit entered the relevant health and safety evaluation report information and paper filing materials involving commercial secrets of the form of review.

Has established the region's disinfection products online filing information service platform, you can choose to use the region's built platform or national information service platform. If you choose to use the region's built platform, its data set should be consistent with the “disinfection product health and safety evaluation report filing information data set” to ensure information sharing. 
  The Commission will notify the behavior of not following the requirements of the formal review in due course, and at the same time will continue to improve the functions of the national information service platform. The Supervision Center is responsible for the daily maintenance of the national information service platform and provides technical support. 
  The responsible units of sterilized products in this notice are consistent with the definitions in the Evaluation Provisions.
